Replacement and Refund Policy

PixelShift FZ is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer product replacement under the following conditions:

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided if reported within 72 hours of delivery in the following cases:

  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The issue is supported with photo or video proof

Once the issue is verified, a return pickup will be arranged. The customer must ensure the faulty product is handed over to the courier partner. A replacement will be dispatched after the defective product is successfully received.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with look, color, or performance of a defect-free product
  • Physical damage caused by the user
  • Product tampering
  • Requests made after 72 hours of delivery

A product is eligible for replacement only once. If issues persist after replacement, the customer must contact an authorized service center.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed if PixelShift FZ cancels a prepaid order.
  • Products purchased from PixelShift FZ are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed during special offers or discounts cannot be canceled.
  • Users may cancel orders only if the shipment process has not yet begun.
  • PixelShift FZ reserves the right to cancel any order (prepaid or COD) if it cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
  • In case of prepaid order cancellations initiated by PixelShift FZ, refunds will be processed within 48–72 hours.

Shipping Policy

  • Each order will be delivered to a single address specified at checkout.
  • For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, but may take up to 5 working days depending on product availability.
  • Shipping is done on all weekdays (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Instructions

  • Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.
  • All shipments include an invoice. If not received, customers can download it from their account dashboard.

Warranty Policy

PixelShift FZ provides a warranty on applicable products as per manufacturer guidelines.

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical or electrical damage
  • Use of non-approved accessories
  • Acts of nature or external damage
  • Overcharging or improper power usage

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims require a valid Proof of Purchase
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • Repairs must be carried out only at authorized service centers
  • PixelShift FZ reserves the right to reject claims with incomplete information
  • Repaired or replaced products do not receive an extended warranty period
  • Products cannot be exchanged for a different model or color

Limitation of Liability

PixelShift FZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through it.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
